Welcome to rstream. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of rstream's services. By accessing this website and using our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

Your access to and use of rstream is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use our service.

License Grant

rstream grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use our services in accordance with these terms. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the services as provided by rstream, in the manner permitted by these terms.

Commercial Use Restriction (Free Version)

The free version of rstream is for personal, non-commercial use only. It is intended to allow users to evaluate the product before upgrading to a paid plan, which permits commercial use.

Account Requirement

To access certain features of rstream, you must register for an account. We use authentication tokens to connect your account. It is your responsibility to protect these tokens as they are private and not intended to be revealed. In case an authentication token is compromised, you have the ability to regenerate or delete it through your user dashboard.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, laws relating to copyright, data protection, and online conduct. It is also your responsibility to understand and abide by any local laws that may apply to your use of rstream.

Acceptable Usage

Your use of rstream is subject to the following acceptable usage policy. You agree not to misuse the rstream services. For example, you must not:

  1. Post, send, or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate content.
  2. Infringe upon the rights of others, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, or any other intellectual property or privacy rights.
  3. Upload, send, or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that might or is intended to disrupt the functionality or operation of the rstream service.
  4. Collect or track the personal information of other users, or send unsolicited communications.
  5. Interfere with or circumvent the security features of the rstream service or any related website, service, or network.

Prohibited Actions

In using rstream, you agree not to engage in actions that could harm the service, other users, or the general operation of rstream. This includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Attempting to disrupt or overload our servers through denial-of-service attacks or similar means.
  2. Engaging in any actions that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying our services.
  3. Attempting to damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functionality of rstream in any manner.

Reverse Engineering & Competition Restriction

Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of the services is prohibited. Additionally, using the services to develop a competing product or service or copying any features, functions, or graphics of the services is also prohibited.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names used in rstream are proprietary to rstream or its affiliates and licensors. Additionally, all content present on rstream, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of rstream or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Warranty Disclaimer

rstream is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We and our suppliers and licensors expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will rstream, or its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions and your use of rstream are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France and applicable European Union regulations and directives.

Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, rstream shall be instituted only in the courts of France. You and rstream agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in these courts in any such legal action or proceeding.

Termination of Use

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the terms.

Modifications to Terms

rstream reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time.
